RUSSELL — Estella Helen “Cobbie” Rogg, 98, passed away Jan. 4, 2016, at the Great Bend Health and Rehabilitation Center. She was born Dec. 24, 1917, at her parents' home in Bunker Hill. She grew up in Bunker Hill and graduated from Bunker Hill High School.
