WILSON — Evelyn Elizabeth (Ney) Charvat, 103, died Nov. 10, in Wilson. Born Dec. 11, 1910, in Cawker City, she was the daughter of Jake and Emma (Vohs) Ney. In 1918 she moved with her parents to a ranch southwest of Dorrance, Kansas. On Dec. 29, 1952, she married Frank Charvat in Wilson.
Survivors include her son LeeRoy Charvat; granddaughter Dr. Nicole Bachman; and  grandson Jacob Charvat. She was preceded in death by her parents Jake and Emma Ney; husband; sister Irene Schneider; and nephew Norman Schneider.
Funeral services were held at Foster Mortuary Chapel in Wilson. Burial was held at the Wilson City Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to St. Wencealsus Cemetery Fund or Central Kansas Dream Center.
