Frances Elizabeth “Tee” Simpson, 98, died March 22 at Cherry Village Nursing Home. Born Sept. 23, 1916 at St. Clair County, Mo., she was the daughter of Fred and Mayme (Malicoat) Jackson.She married Melvin Clay Simpson March 13, 1934 at Osceola, Mo., and at the time of his death had been married 77 years. He died July 31, 2011.A Great Bend resident since 1941 coming from Colorado, she was a homemaker and a member of First Assembly of God, Great Bend.
