Harold Bud Manbevers 1943 - 2016

NEODESHA — Harold “Bud” Manbevers, 72, died Aug. 8, 2016 at Via Christi St. Francis Regional Medical Center in Wichita. Born Aug. 12, 1943, in Circleville, Ohio, he was the son of Harold Dean and Freada (Derth) Manbevers. On Nov. 12, 1981, he married Debbie Buskirk in Circleville, Ohio. A resident of Neodesha, formerly of Great Bend, he was a mechanic for Westside 66 and Dove Buick Olds Cadillac. He loved hunting and NASCAR.
Mr. Manbevers was a member of the NRA.
Survivors include his wife, Debbie Manbevers, of the home; three sons, Gary, Scott and Tristan; two daughters, Marsha and Trisha; one sister, Beverly Baldwin; grandson Nathan of the home; 17 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Bryant Funeral Home with Pastor Larry Schumacher officiating. Burial will be at Hillcrest Memorial Park in Great Bend. Visitation will be held from noon to 9 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Memorials are suggested to Nathan’s Education Fund in care of the funeral home.
