Hazel May Broberg 1917 - 2011

LINCOLN — Hazel May Broberg, 93, of Lincoln, died Jan. 26 at Lincoln. She was born Nov. 20, 1917, at rural Lincoln, the daughter of Clarence and Elsie Hall Broberg. She was a teacher.

Survivors include a sister, Eileen Broberg, and two nieces, Linda McBride of Jefferson, S.D., and Joyce Shambaugh of Longmont, Colo. She was preceded in death by a brother, Eldon Broberg, and two sisters, Thelma Broberg and Faye Shambaugh.

Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Lincoln City Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1-6 p.m. Friday at Hall Chapel in Lincoln, with family present from 5-6. Memorials are suggested to Lincoln Park Manor or Lincoln County Hospital.
