WICHITA — James J. “Jim” Graham, 76, President of Kansas Council on Economic Education, died Saturday, July 23, 2022. Memorial Service will be at 12 p.m., Friday, July 29, 2022, at East Heights United Methodist Church. 

Jim received his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Kansas State University. During his time there he was a member of the men’s golf team and Sigma Chi fraternity. Jim was a First Lieutenant in the United States Air Force. 

Preceded in death by his parents, John and Doris Graham; twin brother, John Graham. Survived by his wife, Celinda Graham; son, Blake James Graham; sister, Marsha Protinsky.
