James Spencer died March 7, 2014.
He was born Sept. 29, 1935 to Laura and Clinten Spencer in Great Bend. He retired with 30 years service as a Santa Fe conductor. He was a Navy veteran.
Survivors include wife Dianna; son, Gregory of Los Angeles, Calif.; sister, Phyllis of Houston; and other family, the coffee guys, and his pets.
He will be cremated. There will be no memorial services.
