RICHMOND, Va. — Janice Flenner, 72, died March 16 in Midlothian, Va.

Born Sept. 15, 1939, in Lost Springs, she was the daughter of Orville and Mabel Boles Carr. She was employed in banking.

She was married to Jack Richard Flenner Sr. for 51 years. He died on July 30, 2010.

Survivors include a son, Jarret Flenner, Richmond, Va.; a brother, Ralph Carr, Rancho Palos Verdes, Calif.; and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband; her parents; and a sister, Betty Hogue.

Graveside service will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at the Lakin-Comanche District Cemetery in Ellinwood with the Rev. Jason Winget officiating. Friends may visit from 9-11 a.m. on Thursday at the funeral home.
