CLAFLIN — Janice V. (Litzenberger) Bieberle, 74, died May 27, 2016, at Hutchinson. She was born Jan. 2, 1942, in Garden City, the daughter of Conrad and Grace (Doebbeling) Litzenberger. She graduated from Claflin High School in 1959. A longtime resident of Claflin, she was a homemaker.
Janice was a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church and Altar Society.
On June 15, 1960, she married Lee C. Bieberle Sr. at Holy Name Catholic Church, Bushton. He preceded her in death on Sept. 15, 2006.
Survivors include four children, Kimberlee Ramsey and husband Dennis of Bushton, Lisa Klug and husband Leonard of Odin, Lee C. Bieberle Jr. and wife Jamie of Claflin, and Jina Murrell and husband Bob of Ellsworth; a sister, Karen Taylor of Albuquerque, N.M., sister-in-law, Adella Banks of Macksville; uncle, Kenneth Doebbeling and wife Anne of Ness City; 13 grandchildren, William Ramsey and wife Sarah, Christopher Ramsey, Kacie Liebl and husband Jared, Jessica Graham and husband Tyler, Taylor Bieberle and wife Natalie, Ryan Bieberle, Layne Bieberle , Brittany Murrell and Ben Murrell; and six great-grandchildren, Caitlyn and Madison Ramsey, and Brady, Brynlie, Bryson and Blakely Liebl, She was preceded in death by her parents; four brothers, Alfred, Richard, Morris, and Clifford Litzenberger; infant sister, Marjorie Litzenberger; and sister, Arlene Miller.
Vigil with Altar Society Rosary will be at 7 p.m. Sunday at Nicholson-Ricke Funeral Home, Hoisington. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m. Monday, May 30, at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Claflin, celebrated by Father Terrence Klein. Burial will follow at the Claflin Cemetery. Friends may call 1-8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the Lee C. & Janice Bieberle Sr. Memorial Scholarship Fund or the Claflin Ambulance Fund in care of the funeral home.
