LARNED — Jeremy D. Woods, 33, passed away Oct. 26, 2015, at his home in Larned.
Born Sept. 6, 1982, in Larned, he was the son of David and Debra Ruehlen Woods. On March 24, 2007, he married Jessica Griffin in Larned. She survives. A lifetime area resident he was the farm manager for David Woods Hay Company.
Mr. Woods was a member of the Larned United Methodist Church, Ducks Unlimited, and N.R.A.
Other survivors include, his parents; three daughters, Taylor, Trinity and Tuesday Woods, all of the home; three brothers, Jason, Joseph and Jacob Woods, all of Larned; a sister, Janae Woods of Larned; and grandfather, Marvin “Bud” Ruehlen of Larned. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, William and Lorraine Woods; grandmother, Olive Ruehlen; and uncle Danny Woods.
Funeral services will be held 10 a.m. on Thursday at the Larned United Methodist Church with the Rev. Bethann Black presiding. Visitation will be held from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. today at the Beckwith Mortuary Chapel in Larned. Burial will be at the Larned Cemetery. Memorials may be given to the Jeremy Woods Children’s Educational Fund, in care of the funeral home.
