WICHITA — Jerry Lee Scott passed away on Thursday, Nov. 7, 2019 at the age of 78. He was born to Richard and Maxine (Bentley) Scott in on Oct. 27, 1941 in Wichita, Kan. 

Jerry was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Joan (Holland) Scott; children, Laura Scott, Julie Scott; grandchildren, Jerell Thompson, Tyler Thompson, Carlie Parker, Jaden Scott and Jaxson Scott. 

A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, Nov. 13, 11 a.m. at Affinity All Faiths Mortuary, 2850 S. Seneca St, Wichita. In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established in his name and loving memory with the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 22478, Oklahoma City, OK 73123.
