Joan P. Voth, 87,  died Friday at Woodhaven Care Center in Ellinwood. She was born Feb. 25, 1925 in Ellinwood, the daughter of Milo and Esther Schermuly Voth. She was a longtime Great Bend resident.
Joan was the office manager of Wells Furniture in Great Bend and the secretary at Mullins Furniture. She attended Ellinwood Schools and Adele Hale School in Hutchinson.
She was a member of St. Rose Catholic Church in Great Bend.
She is survived by her sister Jacque (Del) Gegen of Wichita; sister-in-law Eileen Voth of Ellinwood; and nieces and nephews including Jan Voth of Ellinwood and Jeff Wilcox of Kansas City.
The funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. on Monday at Kimple Funeral Chapel in Ellinwood with Father Charles Mazouch officiating. The calling time will be from 2-8 p.m. today with a 3 p.m. altar society rosary. Burial will be at Lakin-Comanche District Cemetery in Ellinwood. Memorials may be made to KSU Cancer Research in care of Kimple.
