BELLA VISTA, Ark. — JoAnn Hlavaty, 87, died Jan. 15, at Mercy Hospital in Rogers, Ark. Born Sept. 25, 1927, she was the daughter of Francis and Eveline Barland. On Oct. 14, 1967, she married Donald Hlavaty of Olmitz. JoAnn and Donald lived in the Olmitz area until 1982 when they retired and moved to Bella Vista, Ark.
Survivors include two sisters, Winnifred McEuen of Concordia, and Mary Ann Keas, of Littleton, Colo. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.
Cremation has taken place.
