HUTCHINSON — Joe E. Brougher, 82, died July 16, 2016 at Davita Dialysis Center, Hutchinson. Born July 5, 1934 at Great Bend, he was the son of Earl “Skinny” and Edna (Hosford) Brougher. He married Viann Pinkston March 21, 1953 at St. John.
