PHILLIPSBURG — Joe F. Sandstrom, 91, formerly of Larned, passed away July 6 at the Phillips County Retirement Center in Phillipsburg. Born
March 8, 1922 in Ash Valley, he was the son of Fred and Blanche (Wagner) Sandstrom. He was a farmer.
Survivors include his wife, Viola, of Phillipsburg; daughter, Joyce White of Stuttgart; two grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, at the Assembly of God Church in Phillipsburg, with Pastor Dave Pugh officiating. Burial will follow in the Fairview Cemetery in Phillipsburg. Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. today and from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the Olliff- Boeve Memorial Chapel in Phillipsburg.
