John Russell Branine, 65, passed away Sept. 12 at the Great Bend Regional Hospital. He was born Feb. 23, 1949, the son of Ralph Sweet and Helen Helms Branine. He was a lifetime resident of Great Bend.John was a resident of Sunflower Diversified Services for many years, until moving to the Great Bend Health and Rehabilitation Center, both of Great Bend.Survivors include a brother, Melvin Wayne Branine, Larned, and his guardian La Rae Cravens and husband Art, Great Bend.
