RUSH CENTER — Joyce L. Bortz, 80, died Sunday, Sept. 25, 2016, at her home. Born Feb. 11, 1936, in Monument, she was the daughter of Arthur T. and Helen (Gustafson) Peterson. In 1954 she graduated from Page City High School.
