WICHITA — Katherine L. Jacobs, 61, a retired VA employee, passed away Jan. 19, 2012.

She is survived by her husband Eugene "Jake" Jacobs; one daughter, Jenifer (Scott) Thomas of Andover; one son, Terry (Tammie) Milke of Olathe; one stepdaughter, Shannon Jacobs of Wichita; one grandson, Robby Thomas of Andover; one sister, Joyce (Wayne) Harkness of Wichita; three brothers, Jerry (Myrna) Hulse of Tulsa, Okla., Don Hulse of Wichita, and Joe Hulse of Vallejo, Calif., and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ray and Helen Hulse; and first husband Randy McDonald.

Service will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Cochran Mortuary. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday at the mortuary.
