TOPEKA — Kathy Ann (Hearn) Henry, age 70, passed away on May 2, 2024 at the Midland Hospice House, Topeka, Kan. She was born on Sept. 15, 1953 at St. John, Kan., the daughter of Richard and Shirley (Heinlein) Hearn. Kathy was a homemaker and former waitress, and loved to play BINGO. She was a member of the VFW.  

On Aug. 15, 1970 she married Terry J. Henry at Stafford, Kan., he passed away on Mar. 7, 2009.  

Survivors include two daughters, Theresa (Craig) Dodson, Topeka, Kan., and Erin (Andy) Fanter, Marion, Kan. She was preceded in death by both parents; husband Terry; and a brother, Dennis Hearn.  

A graveside service will be 11 a.m. on Friday, May 10, 2024 at the Eden Valley Cemetery, North of Seward, Kan. with Pastor Tonya Andrews presiding. Memorials may be given to Midland Hospice House, Topeka, Kan., in care of Minnis Chapel, P.O. Box 34, St. John, KS 67576.
