Keith A. Ingram 1944 - 2015

Keith A. Ingram, 70, died Feb. 7, at his home in Great Bend. Born Sept. 18, 1944, in Kinsley, he was the son of William “Joe” and Mame Mary (Dunn) Ingram. On Nov. 5, 1996, he married Rita Cartwright in Wichita Falls, Texas. A long time resident of Great Bend, also living in Ulysses, Texas, he was a roofer for LR Parsons Roofing and Washington Roofing.
Mr. Ingram was a United States Army veteran, serving during the Vietnam War, and was a member of the American Legion Argonne Post #180, of Great Bend.
Survivors include his wife. Rita Ingram, of the home; one son, Kirk Ingram of Ft. Worth, Texas; one daughter, Krista Ingram of Ft. Worth, Texas; two brothers, Ray C. “R.C.” Ingram and Eldon Ingram, both of Great Bend; step-son, Tony Otto of Otis; step- daughter, Phyllis Hartle of Dundee; many grandchildren, including Brooklynn of the home, great-grandchildren, step-grandchildren, and step-great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a brother, Jay Ingram; and by four sisters, Alice Ingram, Leona Bowman, Dora Ingram, and Donelda Ingram.
Graveside services will be held at 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday at Pleasant Ridge Cemetery in Stafford County with military honors conducted by the Fort Riley Honor Guard. Visitation will be held from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. today at Bryant Funeral Home, with the family receiving friends from 6 until 8 p.m. Memorials are suggested to the Keith Arthur Ingram Expense Fund, in care of the funeral home.
