BROWNSVILLE, Texas — Keith Edward Bell, 87, died Aug. 8, 2017, at Valley Baptist Hospital, Brownsville, Texas. He was born March 4, 1930, at Oil Hill, the son of Wade and Bernice (Shockley) Bell. He married Sharon Sloan at Great Bend.
