Kenneth Ray Guthrie, 83, went home to be with the Lord on Jan. 12, 2015, at Great Bend Regional Hospital. Born Oct. 26, 1931, in Jennings, Okla., he was the son of James H. and Lillie Mae (Casey) Guthrie. On Dec. 27, 1955, he married Verda DeYoung in Palco.
