HOISINGTON — Kenny “Hank” Radenberg Jr., age 60, died Friday, June 21, 2013 at his home in Hoisington. He was born July 8, 1952, at Great Bend, the son of Kenneth William and Delores (Anderson) Radenberg.
A lifelong Hoisington resident, Kenny graduated from Hoisington High School in 1970. After graduation he attended Salina Area Vocational School and earned a degree in auto mechanics. He worked for Noble Energy until his retirement. He enjoyed woodworking, tinkering with cars and spending time with family and friends.
On May 7, 1977, he married Alma Munguia at Hoisington.
Survivors include his wife, Alma Radenberg of the home in Hoisington; two daughters, Katrina Radenberg and fiancé John Scott, and Melanee Radenberg, both of Overland Park; and two sisters, Deanna Ochs and husband Owen, and Marie Glynn and husband Hilton, both of Hoisington. Kenny is also survived by many nieces and nephews, his dog Mollee and countless friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Memorial service will be held Monday, June 24, at 10:30 a.m. at Nicholson-Ricke Funeral Home with Richard “Beetle” Knoll officiating. Private family inurnment will be held at a later date at Hoisington Cemetery. There will be no public visitation as cremation has taken place.
