Lance E. Stevens 1974-2016

Lance E. Stevens, 41, died Feb. 26, 2016, at his home in Great Bend. Born May 10, 1974 at Dodge City, he was the son of Roy and Frances (Ede) Stevens.
Mr Stevens was a cook at Stone Ridge Country Club and a Wal-mart Associate. He was a Great Bend resident since 1996 coming from Dighton.
Survivors include his companion, Julie Goddard, of the home; two sons, Tanner Stevens of Larned, and Dakota Stevens of the home; one daughter: Sydney Stevens of Larned; a step son, Kyle Goertz, of the home and two other siblings of Owatonna, Minn.; two sisters, Dawn Drescher of Canyon Lake, Texas, and Terri Crecelius of Ingalls; two brothers, Eddie Hoyle of Wichita, and Michael Crecelius of Lake Stevens, Wash., and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, March 5, at 1 p.m. at Bryant Funeral Home with Pastor Mike Joiner officiating. There will be no visitation as cremation has taken place. Memorials are suggested to the Lance Stevens Funeral Expense Fund, in care of Bryant Funeral Home. Condolences may be sent and notice viewed at www.bryantfh.net
