DERBY — Margheim, Leonard Marvin, age 88, of Derby, formerly of Hoisington, retired Senior Log Analyst for Halliburton and US Army Korean War Veteran, passed away Tuesday, March 13, 2018. Visitation 1-8 p.m. Friday, March 16, with family receiving friends 5-7 p.m, Smith Mortuary, 1415 N. Rock Rd., Derby. Funeral service 11 a.m. Saturday, Holy Cross Lutheran Church, 600 N. Greenwich, Wichita. Interment with military honors will follow at El Paso Cemetery, Derby. Leonard is preceded in death by his parents, John and Amalia Margheim; brothers, Ernest and Alford Margheim; twin sister, LaVerna Ireland; son, Paul Douglas Margheim; son-in-law, Bob Edwards; and his granddaughter, Jennifer McColey. Survivors include his wife of 64 years, Marceleen; daughters, Patricia Edwards, of Derby, Lois Sukolics (David), of Overland Park; grandchildren, Nicole Brundage (Kurt), Mollye Margheim, Jacob Margheim, Adam Edwards (Melissa), Amanda Clausen (John), Rebekah Campbell, Hannah Randel (Blake), August Sukolics (Allison); great-grandchildren, Kaylyn, Dylan, Audrey, Cash, Greta, Leon, Levi, Anabelle, Vaughn, Piper, Townes, Ada and Henley.
