LeRoy Eugene Smiley, 66, died Feb. 9 at Boulder, Colo. Born Aug. 7, 1944, in Great Bend, he was the son of Gerald and Winona Smiley.

Survivors include his brother, Gary Smiley, and a sister, JoAnn Novotny. He was preceded in death by a sister, Connie Beth.

A memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, April 30, at the Ash Valley Cemetery. Family and friends will gather at the Welcome Inn in Larned after the service.
