Letha Jenean Luther 1929-2013

HUTCHINSON — Letha Jenean Luther, 84, died Dec. 18, 2013 at Hutchinson Regional Medical Center.
She was born March 23, 1929 at Stafford County, the daughter of James Pleasant and Leah Elizabeth (Keesling) Lofland.
Letha married Warren Lorraine Luther April 6, 1949 at Kansas City, Kan. He died Aug 24, 2002.
Letha grew up in Great Bend, moving to Hays in 1961, where she operated Hays Answering Service.  She moved from Hays in 2005, residing in Hutchinson.  She was a member of The First United Methodist Church of Hays and Esther Circle.
Survivors include two daughters, Terri Kindsfather and husband Steve, Golden, Colo.; Kerri Brown and husband Greg, Hutchinson; a brother, James Lofland, Great Bend; and two sisters, Mayme Dubois of South Carolina and Darlene Unruh of Texas.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Arthur Lofland, and three sisters, Pauline Crowley, Alice Biskeborn and Elsie Hiss.
Graveside Service is scheduled at 11 a.m. Saturday at Great Bend Cemetery. Visitation is scheduled from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Friday at Bryant Funeral Home.
Memorial Funds are suggested to the Hays Medical Center Auxiliary, in care of Bryant Funeral Home.
