Linda A. Renfro 1947 - 2012

Linda A. Renfro, 65, died Oct. 9 at Hutchinson Regional Medical Center. Born July 24, 1947 in Great Bend, she was the daughter of Lawrence J. and Eleanor C. (Kramer) Churchill. On March 16, 1963, she married Willard F. Renfro Jr. in Great Bend. A lifetime resident of Great Bend, she was employed at St. Rose Ambulatory and Surgery Center in the business office.
Mrs. Renfro was a member of the Prince of Peace Parish at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church and the Altar Society.
Survivors include her husband, Willard F. Renfro, of the home; one son, Travis Renfro and his wife Heidi of Shawnee; one sister, Cheryl Muth and her husband Jim of Great Bend; one brother, Jim Churchill of St. John; and two grandchildren, Samantha Renfro and Blake Renfro. She was preceded in death by one son, Grant Kemper Renfro; and sister-in-law, Rojean Churchill.
Altar Society Rosary will be held at 4 p.m. and a Vigil Service will be held at 7 p.m., both on Thursday at Bryant Funeral Home. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:30 a.m. on Friday at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church in Great Bend officiated by Father Don Bedore. Burial will be at the Great Bend Cemetery. Friends may visit from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home. Memorials are suggested to the Barton County Relay for Life or Alzheimer’s Association, in care of the funeral home.
