ELLINWOOD — Linda Kay Deisher, 67, of Ellinwood died on Jan. 21 in Aurora, Colo. Born Sept. 8, 1944 in Wichita, she was the daughter of Albert Meyers and Lavona Mills Meyers. A resident of Ellinwood for the past 18 months, formerly of Colorado and Las Vegas, Nev., she was a registered surgical nurse.

Survivors include a son, Patrick Beaton of Denver, Colo.; a daughter, Kathy Reh of Ellinwood; a sister, Monnie Scheel of Aurora, Colo.; two grandchildren; and a niece. She was preceded in death by her parents, Albert and Lavona Meyers; and a nephew, Timothy Scheel.

A memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday at St. Joseph Church in Ellinwood officiated by Father Charles Mazouch. Memorial donations are suggested to the Beatrice Humane Society in care of the funeral home.
