GREAT BEND — Lloyd E. White, 81, died July 8, 2014 at Western Plains Medical Center, Dodge City.
He was born April 2, 1933 at Barton County, the son of Leonard Charles and Lillian Lela (Warnken) White.
He married Ann Rabenseifner. She preceded him in death. He then married Lola Michael and they later divorced.
He was a salesman for Kirby Vacuums and an oilfield roughneck. He was a United States Army veteran, serving during the Korean Conflict. He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Great Bend.
Survivors include two daughters, Kathy Gevara, Garden City; and Coletta Mogbo, Great Bend; a sister-in-law, Pearl White, Great Bend; a granddaughter, Elizabeth Ann Conway, Ottawa; two great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Clifford E. White; a sister, Constance Seyfert, and a grandson, JaJa Mogbo.
Funeral Service is scheduled at 2:30 p.m. Friday at Bryant Funeral Home with The Reverend Mark P. Galbraith officiating. Interment will be at Great Bend Cemetery.
Visitation is scheduled from 1 to 9 p.m. Thursday and 9 a.m. to service time, Friday at Bryant Funeral Home.
Memorials are requested to Trinity Lutheran Church, in care of Bryant Funeral Home.
