Lois E. Mosiman completed her earthly journey and began her eternal life in heaven on Aug. 2, 2013. She died at her home in Great Bend.
She was born on April 13, 1926 at Beatrice, Neb., the daughter of Clifford Harry and Veneita Lois (VanOsdol) Knowles.
She married Royal Adrian Mosiman Jan. 22, 1943 at Marysville.  They later divorced. He died June 3, 1987.
She was a homemaker and worked for Form Fit Brassiere Company for twenty years and Beatrice Developmental Company for ten years before retiring in 1992.
Mrs. Mosiman moved to Great Bend  in 2000 to be near family, having lived the remainder of her life in Beatrice, Neb.
She was a member of First Assembly of God, Beatrice, Neb.; High Rise Kitchen Band, and Cookbook Club of America
She is survived by two sons: Michael Mosiman and his wife Crilla of Great Bend, and Rodger E. Mosiman and his wife Betty Barnes of Tonganoxie; and one daughter: Lori Graham of Joplin, Mo.; ten grandchildren: Michele Schank, Danita Swearingen, Mary Mosiman, Mariah Moore, Davika Puls, John Schmidt, Ryan Mosiman, Kelly Hinderlighter, Aaron Graham, and Joshua Graham; nineteen great-grandchildren who affectionately knew Lois as G.G.; one great-great-grandchildren; several cousins
special friends: Lila, Georgia, Marge and Shirley; and best companion her shihtzu, Pepi. She was preceded in death by daughter, Sheryl L. Mosiman File.
Funeral service is at 7 p.m., Monday, Aug. 5 at Bryant Funeral Home with Pastor Larry Schumacher officiating. Interment will be at 1 p.m., Tuesday, Aug. 6 at Evergreen Home Cemetery, Beatrice, Neb., with Pastor Emma Daedler. Visitation is from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., with the family receiving friends following the service Monday, Aug. 5 at Bryant Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to Golden Belt Home Health and Hospice, in care of Bryant Funeral Home.
