HOISINGTON — Lucinia L. “Lucy” Krieger, 79, died Aug. 31, 2023, at Bramlage House, Meadowlark Hills, Manhattan, Kan. She was born Jan. 24, 1944, in Vancouver, Wash., the daughter of Howard and Ruth (Brady) Burtnett. She attended elementary school in Chase, Kansas, and then the family moved to Hays.
