NORTON — Marc Alan Miller, 21, died Aug. 19, 2017. Born Nov. 5, 1995, in Hays, he was the son of Allan and Connie (Bittner) Miller.Marc grew up with his family in Norton, Kansas, where he attended the local schools and graduated from Norton Community High School in 2014. He attended the University of Kansas, Lawrence, for three years.In high school he competed in cross country, basketball, track and field, and one year of golf.
