LARNED  —  Margaret H. Hoagland, 93, passed away June 23 at the Woodhaven Care Center, Ellinwood.
She was born June 8, 1921, in Hutchinson; the daughter of J.L. and Elsie Jahns Lunt.  A longtime area resident, she was a social worker for 20 years and was also a teacher.
She was a member of the United Methodist Church in Larned.
Survivors include: a son, Mike Hoagland, Larned; a daughter, Nancy Doyle and husband James, Hutchinson; a brother, Howard Lunt, Fort Collins, Colo. and a granddaughter, Shannon Doyle, Lawrence.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Ralph Lunt.
Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Friday at the Beckwith Mortuary Chapel with Father Nicholas Voelker presiding.  Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday at the mortuary.  Burial will be in the Larned Cemetery, Larned.
