Marvin Ellis Riggs, 92, died Oct. 13, 2017, at Almost Home, Great Bend. He was born Aug. 1, 1925, at Rush County, to Lester and Josephine Emma (Smith) Riggs. He married Ruth Barker June 1, 1947, at Great Bend.
