WICHITA — Mildred Lucille (Ricker) Domey, 87, died Dec. 21 at Wesley Medical Center in Wichita. She was born March 29, 1924, at rural Preston, the daughter of John and Anna Miller Ricker. She married Raymond L. Domey on Feb. 21, 1943, at Junction City. A former Boeing Company and Cessna Aircraft employee, she had been a Wichita resident for 12 years.
Mrs. Domey was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Wichita.
Survivors include her husband, of the home; a son, John Domey of Plainfield, Vt.; two daughters, Bonnie Bonnell of Douglass, and Patricia Ducharme of Williamstown, Vt.; two brothers, Alvin Ricker of Nashville, Kan., and Franklin Ricker of Chase; a sister, Maryann Schrag of Hutchinson; six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Leonard and J. Harold Ricker, and a sister, Betty Nestler.
Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 28, at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Ellinwood, with the Rev. Terry Wiechman officiating. Burial will be at Lakin-Comanche District Cemetery in Ellinwood. Memorials are suggested to Trinity Lutheran Church in Wichita.
