SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. — Patricia L. (Pat) Wiltse passed from this life on June 25 in Everett, Wash. Patricia was born to Charles (Chuck) and Karline (Dyer) Wiltse on Jan. 6, 1940, in Hays. She was raised most of her life in Great Bend.

She was a certified manual lymphatic therapist, CMT, educator and author. She spent most of the past 50-55 years in San Francisco, Calif. She was creator of Integrative Lymph-Visceral Massage and co-author of "An Integrative Approach to Lymphatic and Visceral Health" and was a prominent figure in the holistic health care field. Patricia was founder of LifeStream Lymphedema Clinic, and instructor at Alive and Well Institute; she was well-known for her extraordinary skills with lymphatic and visceral massage with cancer patients.

Survivors include three sons, Alan Duran and wife Kay, of Everett, Wash., and Eric Duran and Craig Duran, both of Los Angeles, Calif.; stepchildren Seal Fong of Oakland, Calif., and Wei-Lin Shaw of Santa Rosa, Calif.; a brother, Ken Wiltse and wife Karen of Timken; two sisters, Jodi Wiltse of Cupertino, Calif., and Gail Hamilton and husband Bob of Edmond, Okla.; seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; two aunts; one uncle; and numerous close and well loved friends of the San Francisco, Calif., area. She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Larry.
