Patricia “Patsy” Ann (Liston) Neybert, age 69, of Ellijay, Georgia, passed away Sunday, August 25, 2024. Patricia was born January 11, 1955, in Great Bend, Kansas, to John L. Liston and Ruth Eleanor (Vogel) Liston. 

Patsy graduated from Great Bend High School in 1974 and enrolled in the Pre-Veterinary Medicine Program at K-State in Manhattan, Kansas. She worked in several businesses over the years as an office manager. Patsy was a member of The GO Church in Ball Ground, Georgia.

Survivors include her husband of 45 years, Kenneth Neybert, of the home; brothers, John C. Liston of New Castle, Wyoming, and Matthew P. Liston (Kim) of Larned, Kansas; sisters, Mary Ellen Liston of Reseda, California, and Kathleen (Michael) McGahee of Woodstock, Georgia; and nephews and nieces, Sean McGahee, Jennifer McGahee, Anna Wilbanks, Daniel Liston, Richard Liston, Sarah Betzen, and Patrick Liston. 

She is preceded in death by her parents; and brother, Kevin Liston.

Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, September 6, 2024, at Bryant Funeral Home, with Reverend Kenneth Neybert presiding. Visitation will take place prior from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. Inurnment will follow at Great Bend Cemetery, Great Bend, Kansas. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Patsy Neybert Expense Fund, in care of Bryant Funeral Home, 1425 Patton Rd., Great Bend, KS 67530.
