SALINA — Philip C. Krug, 63, of Salina, died Saturday, April 7th, 2018.Phil was born on Aug. 18, 1954, in Ness City, Kan. He was the son of Robert and Margaret (Young) Krug. Mr. Krug was an owner and vice president of Assurance Partners for over 33 years.
