LARNED — Ralph C. Arnold, 88, died Sept. 5 at the Pawnee Valley Community Hospital, Larned. Born Aug. 10, 1926 in Rozel, he was the son of Elmer and Bonnie (Compton) Arnold. A lifetime area resident of Larned, he was an assistant to the superintendent at the Larned State Hospital.
