Richard A. “Dick” Dunlap, 82, died Sept. 30 at Hays Medical Center, Hays. He was born Jan. 13, 1932 at Blackwell, Okla. the son of Irven Franklin and Thelma Ilene (Yager) Dunlap.He married Ramona Meddles April 11, 1954 at Hastings, Neb. He was an industrial mechanic for Bell Engine and PamCo, owned and operated 3-D Lumber and worked at Waters True Value.
