GREAT BEND — Robert “Bob” Leon Seder, 76, died May 3, 2016, at Hays Medical Center.
Born July 20, 1939, in Great Bend, he was the son of Leon “Pete” and Violet (Meyer) Seder. On Dec. 18, 1960, he married Ann Cotter-Green in Great Bend. A lifetime resident of Great Bend he was the owner and operator of Russ’s Roofing and Central Kansas Rendering. He was a beloved husband, father and grandfather and a friend to all.
Mr. Seder was a member of Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation and the National Wild Turkey Foundation.
Survivors include his wife, Ann Seder, of the home; one son, Lee Seder, Great Bend; two daughters, Sherri Diane Donovan and her husband Shannon, Hoisington; and Robbie Lynn Hill and her husband Dave, Lee’s Summit, Mo.; six grandchildren, Chandler Hill, Dalton Hill, Brannon Donovan, Brenner Donovan, Braxton Donovan and Cadence Seder
Funeral Services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Bryant Funeral Home with the Reverend Dick Ogle officiating. Burial will be at the Great Bend Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Friday at Bryant Funeral Home. Memorials are suggested to the Wounded Warrior Project, in care of the funeral home.
