HUTCHINSON — Roberta J. “Bert” Fiedler, 52, died June 13, 2016, at Hutchinson Regional Medical Center. Born Sept. 19, 1963, in Ellinwood, she was the daughter of Dennis and Eleanor Demel Fiedler. In 1982, she graduated from Chase High School. A 30 year resident of Hutchinson formerly of Chase, she was a housekeeper for the Good Samaritan Society in Hutchinson.
Roberta was a member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Church in South Hutchinson.
Survivors include, two brothers, Richard Fiedler of Salina and Gerald Fiedler of Ponca City, Okla.; five sisters, Donna Fiedler of South Hutchinson, Susan Mazouch of Great Bend, Karen Pierce of Wichita, Rosemary Reynolds of Las Vegas, Nev., and Eileen Ballantine of Hutchinson; seven nieces and three nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; and a brother-in-law, Glen Reynolds.
Funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday at St. Paul Catholic Church in Lyons with Father Robert Spencer officiating. Burial will be at St. Mary Catholic Cemetery in Chase. Rosary will be at 7 p.m. on Friday at St. Paul Catholic Church in Lyons. Visitation will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. on Friday at the funeral home and from 5 to 8 p.m. at the church. Memorials are suggested to Hutchinson Salvation Army, the Catholic Church of your choice or The Center of Family Love in Okarche, Okla. in care of the funeral home.
