GALATIA — Roberta June Keil, 92, died Dec. 13, 2021, at Country Place Senior Living, Hoisington, Kan. She was born Dec. 13, 1929, in El Dorado, Kan., the daughter of Hiram R. and Dilla M. (Mulvaney) Ramsey. She had one sister, Allene and two brothers, Francis and Maurice.
