HOISINGTON — Ronald Dean Beary, 61, died Jan. 21 at his home in Hoisington. He was born NOv. 19, 1949 at Kansas City, Mo. the son of Jack and Majorie (Young) Beary.

He married Marilyn J. Allen July 14, 1967 at Kansas City. She survives. He worked for Cintas Corporation as a First-Aid Sales Representative. Mr. Beary was a resident of Hoisington since 1991 moving from Topeka. He was a member of First Assembly of God, Great Bend. He was an avid fan of the Kansas City Chiefs.

Survivors include: wife, Marilyn Beary, of the home; two daughters, Tracy Mettling and husband, Alan and Kimberly Bair and husband Bill all of Great Bend; one granddaughter: Katie Mettling of Gorham;

one grandson: Matthew Mettling of Great Bend; three step-granddaughters, Kelsea Bair of Great Bend, Tiffany Bair of Salina, and Abby Noble of Salina.

The funeral Service will be Tuesday, Jan. 25 at 10:30 a.m. at the First Assembly of God in Great Bend. Visitation is from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday at Bryant Funeral Home with family to receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. with Rev. Dwight Dozier officiating. There will be a private family interment at Hoisington Cemetery. A Memorial Fund has been established for the First Assembly of God-Speed the Light, in care of Bryant Funeral Home.
