Ronald Lee Lamb, age 79, a resident of Fairhope, Alabama, passed away December 19, 2020, he was born on September 15, 1941 in Pratt, Kansas. The son of Raymond and Della (Smith) Lamb. In 1952, his family moved to Great Bend, Kansas. He married Kathryn Riddle on February 10, 1963. He was the owner of Ron Lamb’s Color Clinic for thirty-one years. In 1978, he moved his family to a farm in Ellinwood, Kansas, where you were sure to see him working outside in his overalls. Farm life was one his of hobbies along with traveling. He had visited 42 of the 50 states.
Ronald was preceded in death by his wife, Kathryn Lamb; grandson, Tristan Lamb; brothers, Richard Lamb and Harold Lamb.
Ronald is survived by his son, Randal Lamb and his wife Julie, Daphne Alabama; companion, Betty Jo Cain, Fairhope, Alabama; grandchildren, Taylor Lamb and his wife Brianne, Overland Park, Kansas: Tatiana Lamb, Birmingham, Alabama; Turner Lamb, Spanish Fort, Alabama; Trinity Lamb, Daphne, Alabama; brothers, Stanley Lamb and his wife Kathy, Great Bend, Kansas; Marvin Lamb and his wife Dorothy, Topeka, Kansas; Steve Lamb, Great Bend, Kansas; sisters, Leona Newcomb, Strong City, Kansas; Jean Lamb, Rosehill, Kansas; Marcia Harrell and husband Rusty, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
A graveside family only service will be held Saturday, January 9, 2021 at 10 a.m. at Maud Cemetery, Cunningham, Kansas. Ronald’s brother-in-law, Pastor Ricky Riddle, will officiate. The service will be able to be viewed from a link on the Livingston Funeral Home, Kingman Kansas website. Memorials are requested to the American Heart Association in lieu of flowers.
