HOISINGTON — Rosalie Ann “Rose” Roper, 70, passed away on Nov. 20, 2022, at Clara Barton Hospital, Hoisington, Kan. She was born on April 25, 1952, in Great Bend, Kan., to Julius and Teresia (Zoth) Penka. On Jan. 2, 1992, she was married to Jim Roper in Denton, Texas.
