Rosaline M. Staab 1944 - 2015

OLATHE — Rosaline M. Staab, 70, passed away Jan 10th. Born Jan. 15, 1944, in Hays, she was the daughter of to Alois and Domitilla (Befort) Pfannenstiel. She was 1962 graduate of Marian High School. On Oct. 5, 1963, she married Dennis C. Staab. They resided in Great Bend until 1999 when they relocated to Olathe. She was employed by Fuller Brush Company in Great Bend for 22 years and Olathe School District Food Production for the past 12 years.
Survivors include her husband of the home; son Leon (Pam) of Olathe and daughters Mary Jo Gansman of Overland Park; and Amy (Gary) Struck of Olathe; seven grandchildren; and brothers Joe, Paul and Anthony Pfannenstiel. She was preceded in death by her parents; her sister, Mary Lou Reilly; and brothers John and Donald Pfannenstiel.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 10 a.m. on Thursday at St. Paul’s Catholic Church in Olathe. Burial will follow at Olathe Memorial Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday at Penwell-Gabel Funeral Home, Olathe Chapel and from 9 to 10 a.m. on Thursday at the church.  Rosary will be said at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to St. Paul’s Catholic Church Relocation Fund or St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital.
