POTTSVILLE, AR Ruby Olive Dumas, 84, of Pottsville, Ark., passed away Wednesday, April 13, 2016 at St. Vincent Infirmary in Little Rock, Ark. The daughter of Claude and Ida Boldt Dellinger, she was born Aug. 3, 1931 in Bushton. She was a graduate of Wayne State College in Wayne, Neb.
