AUGUSTA — Sylvestra “Sally” B. Sigley, 89, passed away Sunday, Dec. 6, 2015. Born Feb. 23, 1926, in rural Barton County, she was the daughter Matt and Barbara (Heyne) Apel.She attended grade and high school in Ellinwood. She married John Howard Sigley in Great Bend.
